Exercise fatigue

At the 5th International Conference on Sports Biochemistry in 1982, sports fatigue was defined as: "The body's physiological processes cannot sustain its function at a specific level or cannot maintain a predetermined exercise intensity." Exhaustion is a special type of fatigue The form is to continue to exercise when fatigue, until muscles or organs can not maintain movement, that is, exhaustion.
