Hug reflection disappears
Infants under 3-4 months, when the mother or family suddenly walks to the child or makes a noise, they will find that the child's arms are abducted and straightened, and then they will receive the chest in the flexion, and they will hug. Cramps occur. In fact, this is not a cramp, but a physiological phenomenon, medically known as hug reflex.
