General pain in the waist and hips and radiation down

The clinical pain of gluteal epithelial neuralgia is generalized pain in the waist and hips. It usually starts from the middle of the iliac crest and radiates downward to the posterolateral thigh. The gluteal epithelial nerve trunk is a skin branch group composed of the lateral branches of the posterior branch of the lumbar nerves 1, 2, and 3. When it passes through the fascia of the lower back, it reaches the subcutaneous level, and across the mid-condyle to the buttocks.
