Lumbosacral pain
The lumbosacral region is a hinge connecting the upper body and lower body (including the pelvis and lower limbs) in the trunk. The structure is more complicated. Five percent of adults have experienced significant lumbosacral pain in one body. It usually occurs after being exposed to cold. In people under 45 years of age, it is the most common reason for the loss of full-time work because of waist pain.
