Slowly increasing soft lump in the waist

Acquired lumbar hernias mostly occur in elderly and thin people. Most patients have no special symptoms, only a slow-increasing mass is seen in the waist, the texture of the mass is soft and easy to accept, the mass is obvious when standing, and disappears when prone; there is a local feeling of swelling or stretch.
