Lumbar mass
Renal cancer is manifested on the waist. Lumbar masses are one of the three major warnings of kidney cancer. If you have a lumbar mass on your body, you should pay enough attention to it. Because kidney cancer is not like other disorders It is common and not easy to catch. Therefore, when a lumbar mass appears, you should go to the hospital for investigation immediately to prevent it before it happens, so that kidney cancer can be diagnosed and treated in time. Renal cancer lesions can be enlarged (to see) from the waist or upper abdomen to a considerable extent. About 20% to 30% of patients will have this symptom. The mass is easier to feel when taking the lateral position, and sometimes you can see the mass moving up and down with your breath. If the mass is stuck to the surrounding tissue, the mass is fixed and cannot be pushed, which is a late stage. If there is a lumbar mass, seek medical advice promptly, and do not wait until the pack is fastened to the surrounding tissues. It is very likely that the kidney cancer is already advanced, so the symptoms should be early but not later. Renal cancer, also known as renal cell carcinoma, originates from renal tubular epithelial cells and can occur in any part of the renal parenchyma, but it is more common in the upper and lower levels, and a few invades the whole kidney; the incidence of left and right kidneys is equal, and bilateral lesions account for 1% ~ 2%.
