Persistent, acupuncture, or tear-like pain in the orbit
Ophthalmoplegia is accompanied by pain before and after, which is a kind of continuous, acupuncture or tear-like pain, and some severe pain is intolerable. The most painful locations are repetitive in the orbit after the ball or radiated to the temporal and forehead. This symptom appears and disappears earliest. It is the result of stimulation of the nerve branch of the Ⅴ brain nerve.
