Kidney damage

The kidneys are deep and protected by the fat sac and surrounding tissues, and there is less chance of injury. Kidney damage is mostly caused by firearm injuries, stab wounds, and local direct or indirect violence. According to the degree of trauma, there are 4 types of contusion, laceration, laceration and renal pedicle injury. Kidney damage accounts for about 65% of all urogenital tract injuries. The causes are blunt injuries (80%), penetrating injuries (increased during war and high crime areas), and iatrogenic injuries (due to surgery, extracorporeal shock lithotripsy or renal biopsy). Complications include more than bleeding, extravasation of urine, Abscess formation and hypertension.
