Applesauce-like nodules in throat
Pharyngeal apple-like nodules: Lupus is the same as lupus in other parts, characterized by insidious onset and painless development. When lupus develops on the face or nose and typical applesauce-like nodules occur in the throat, the diagnosis is easy, but a biopsy is still needed to confirm the diagnosis.
