Chalky to brown patches on teeth

The clinical manifestation of fluorosis is characterized by chalky to brown patches on the enamel sprouting during the same period, and severe cases also have a substantial defect of enamel. Clinically, it is often divided into three types: chalky (mild), pigmented (moderate), and defective (severe) according to its mild, moderate, and severe levels.
