Rarely clinically, it occurs in the early postoperative period after radical resection of abdominal and perineal rectal cancer. Intestinal prolapse occurs when abdominal pressure increases or hemostatic gauze is drawn. In the late postoperative period, there was a reversible mass in the perineum.
