Not woke up after waking up
Due to certain diseases and other factors, people do not eliminate fatigue after waking up, feel tired, and have not recovered physical strength. Insomnia after waking can be caused by primary insomnia. Primary insomnia manifests itself as a condition of unsatisfactory quality and quantity of sleep that persists for a considerable period of time. The patient feels anxiety or fear, and the psychological vicious circle makes the disease persist. Primary insomnia often develops in young or middle-aged people, and rarely occurs in children or adolescents. The course of insomnia varies widely. If it is caused by a psychological or medical stress event, the course can be limited to several months. The most common situation is that progressively worsening insomnia in the initial stage, which lasts for several weeks to months and then more stable chronic sleep difficulties last for years. Although some patients have experienced only one episode, they will experience significant fluctuations in sleep after encountering certain life events. After a day of labor moving furniture or a tennis match, we feel tired and can even say "tired". This condition can be easily repaired through sleep, and this fatigue also urges us to go to good sleep-sound sleep. During deep sleep, human body secretes growth hormone, promotes protein synthesis, and accelerates cell regeneration. A deep sleep immediately helped us recover. But this simple and natural method may have no effect on nervous or mental fatigue. Mental fatigue may be temporary depression or long-term depression caused by upsets. In addition, in the close relationship between fatigue and sleep, mental factors are very important. If we do the work or thing we like very much, we will not feel very tired even if we reduce the sleep time. But when we are in a difficult situation, there is a crisis in some area, anxiety, and restlessness leads to poor sleep and intermittent sleep, the fatigue will increase day by day.
