Pigmentation, desquamation, eczema under the lower leg

Lower calf pigmentation, scaling, and eczema are one of the symptoms of varicose veins in the lower limbs. Varicose veins of the lower extremities refer to the superficial veins of the lower extremities. Due to insufficiency of the valves and weak vein walls, it affects blood flow and causes veins to prolong, bend, and dilate. Most of them occur in the great saphenous vein, and a small number of patients have a small saphenous vein or a small saphenous vein.
