Apathetic silence
Asthenia mutism (AM) is a special type of vegetative state, also known as comavigil, persistent vegetative state, hypersleep, deep sleep, awakening syndrome, etc. Tends to be called AM. It was a special disturbance of consciousness reported by Cairns in 1941 when he observed a patient with a ventricular epithelial cyst, and has since attracted attention. Its basic manifestation is that although it can reflect limb movements to the stimulus, there is no voluntary movement, self-speaking and any emotional response. There may be spontaneous eye opening, gaze, and follow-up actions as when awake.
