Delayed gastric emptying

Introduction (Overview): Diabetes is prone to delay gastric emptying. Among gastrointestinal neuropathy caused by diabetes, diabetic gastroparesis is a more common complication of diabetic patients. It is a clinical symptom characterized by gastric autonomic dysfunction caused by gastric autonomic dysfunction secondary to diabetes. Including: nausea, early satiety, feeling of fullness in the upper abdomen after a meal, belching, loss of appetite, vomiting, epigastric pain, gastric retention, or formation of stomach stones due to indigestion of solid food emptying, etc., and can cause patients to lose weight.
