Gastrointestinal symptoms

Gastrointestinal symptoms are manifested by nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and diarrhea, caused by the release of histamine and inflammatory mediators. Occasionally, tumorous mast cells can directly infiltrate the gastrointestinal tract.
