Photophobia and tears
Photophobia and tearing are prominent, and foreign body sensation is a clinical manifestation of a corneal foreign body. Foreign bodies entering the pupil area can cause visual impairment. Corneal foreign body refers to an ophthalmic emergency caused by foreign matter such as dust, small insects, metal fragments, and wood chips accidentally entering the cornea inside the eye.
