Undifferentiated somatoform disorder
Patients with undifferentiated somatoform disorder are complaining about one or more somatic symptoms, but medical examination cannot reveal evidence of physical disease or any organic disease. Its course is more than half a year, and it has significant social dysfunction. Common symptoms include: fatigue, lack of appetite, and gastrointestinal or urinary system discomfort. This clinical type can be considered atypical somatization disorder. Symptoms are less extensive and less abundant than somatization disorders, and the course of the disease may not always be more than 2 years.
