Head and neck separation
Head and neck separation is one of the clinical manifestations of gallows fracture or traumatic vertebral arch fracture. Clinical manifestations: mainly neck symptoms, head and neck separation, patients prefer to hold their heads with hands; it should be noted that about 15% of cases can have spinal symptoms.
