Nucleus pulposus dehydration
The degeneration of the nucleus pulposus is mainly manifested by a decrease in water content and small-scale pathological changes such as instability and loosening of the push joint due to dehydration. After dehydration, the disc loses its normal elasticity and tension. On this basis, due to the heavier Traumatic or repeated insignificant injuries, resulting in weak or ruptured fibrous annulus, prominent nucleus pulposus.
