Chills
Colds in the extremities refers to a drop in body temperature caused by insufficient blood perfusion in the peripheral tissues of the extremities. Because the blood is sent from the heart, it carries oxygen to all parts of the body. After the oxygen burns, it can generate heat and the hands and feet will be warm. Once the function of the cardiovascular system is impaired, it will affect the blood transport and cause cold hands and feet. According to traditional Chinese medicine, coldness in the limbs is a deficiency of yang. Yang Qi cannot be exhilarated, caused by Wen Zheng's limbs.
