Fingers cannot flex

Finger flexor tenosynovitis can cause finger flexion and extension. Main manifestations are localized pain of the metacarpophalangeal joint and limited finger movement. With the increase of tendon sheath stenosis and tendon-like expansion after compression of the tendon, it will be difficult or impossible to slide through the narrow tendon sheath, so the fingers stay in the straight or flexed position, and the phenomenon of interlocking occurs.
