Difficulty with upper abduction lift

Polymyositis is manifested by difficulty with upper limb abduction. The onset of pain and weakness of skeletal muscles generally starts from the proximal end, such as pelvic girdle muscles, and it is difficult to squat and go upstairs; the shoulder swollen girdle is affected, and the two arms are difficult to lift. The development of the disease can accumulate the whole body muscles and neck muscles. Muscle involvement occurs dysphagia and dysarthria. A few patients may have dyspnea. Acute muscle involvement may be painful in the acute stage. Muscle atrophy may occur in the late stage. Some patients may have arrhythmia and cardiac block.
