Smooth and tough spherical mass in the breast
The smooth and tough spherical mass in the breast is one of the characteristics of breast fibroids. The growth is slow, the mass is spherical or oval, the surface is smooth, the texture is tough, the boundary is clear, and it feels slippery when touched. It is common in young women between 20 and 25 years of age. Most of them are solitary, grow slowly, may have no symptoms, and often unintentionally find spherical lumps in the breast.
