Vaginal wall polyps

Vaginal polyps (granulation tissue at the top of the vagina) are neoplasms that grow on the surface of the vaginal mucosa. It is a kind of granulation tissue polyp, most of which are the products of the wound repair process. Granulation tissue acts as a new matrix and forms approximately 4 days after the wound appears.
