Paralyzed hemianesthesia usually refers to a decrease or disappearance of sensation in one side of the upper and lower limbs caused by encephalopathy. Mostly due to contralateral cerebral hemisphere disease. Common in cerebrovascular accidents, craniocerebral injury, encephalitis and other diseases.
