Subcortical dementia
In general, multiple cerebral infarct dementia, thalamus dementia, and Binswanger's disease are mostly in the subcortical nerve nucleus and white matter, and their symptoms mostly belong to the subcortical dementia range. Large-scale cerebral infarct dementia and watershed infarct dementia involve both the cortex and subcortex. The clinical symptoms and signs are mixed cortex and subcortical dementia.
