Fur sinus
The fur sinus, also known as the Tibetan fur sinus, is a malformed development that can occur anywhere from the occipital to the caudal tail. Fistulas often have abnormally long hairs, pigmentation or capillary tumor-like changes, and some have lipoma protruding above them. Where the sinus passes, the corresponding part may have skull, dura, spinous process, lamina, and dura mater defects. Easy to be ignored without infection. Treatment principle: Uninfected patients are electively resected, and infected patients undergo surgery after infection control.
