Cold and wet skin

P> Wet and cold skin is often seen in shock and acute organophosphorus poisoning. The skin of the extremities is pale, wet and cold, the nails or lips become pale when pressed, and the skin becomes ruddy slowly after loosening, indicating that the peripheral circulation is poor and shock still exists.
