Skin calcification
Calcinosis cutis is a disease caused by the deposition of insoluble calcium salts (mainly unshaped calcium phosphate or a small amount of calcium carbonate) in the skin or subcutaneous tissue. It can be divided into three types: metastatic skin calcification disease, malnutrition calcification disease and idiopathic calcification disease.
