Pelvic heaviness
The main symptom of pelvic heaviness is an increase in leucorrhea. Due to the different pathogenic bacteria, the color and quantity of leucorrhea are also different. Leucorrhea can be viscous or amine, sometimes with bloodshot or small amounts of blood, or contact bleeding. It can also appear as a sudden, severe pelvic pain, accompanied by a pelvic lump indicating a severe, underlying lesion. An incarcerated uterus can cause acute pelvic pain in early pregnancy, often with retroverted uterus and pelvic adhesions. Acute growth or degeneration of uterine fibroids can also cause acute pain.
