Nerve bundle injury and rupture
Ⅳ degree nerve injury, that is, nerve bundle injury and rupture, including axons, neuroendometrium, and nerve bundle membrane, only the outer nerve membrane is intact, and the neural stem continuity is only maintained by the outer nerve membrane. Scars within the nerve can completely prevent regenerative nerves from reaching the target organ. Without surgical treatment, motor and sensory functions cannot be restored.
