Combined valve prolapse

Combined valve disease, acquired heart disease, when two or more valves are involved, it is called combined valve disease. Most of its causes are rheumatic heart disease. Mostly mitral valve lesions occur in combination with other valves. Coexistence of mitral and aortic valves is the most common. The valvular lesions can be either narrow or incompletely closed. Different types of lesions change the normal blood circulation of the heart, and there is an increase in left ventricular simple volume load, an increase in simple pressure load, or both. Causes left ventricular muscle hypertrophy and reduced compliance. Clinical manifestations are: labor palpitations, shortness of breath, angina pectoris, and audible noise in the auscultation area of the heart. Mitral valve prolapse syndrome refers to the mitral valve leaflet and / or chordae caused by various causes, and the one leaf (mostly the posterior lobe) or the two leaves is caused by the A series of clinical manifestations of left atrial prolapse leading to mitral regurgitation. The incidence of mitral valve prolapse is as high as 1.4% to 6%, which is one of the more common non-rheumatic heart valve diseases.
