Standing heart rate difference
Heart rate difference in the upright position refers to the difference in heart rate per minute in the upright position. After recording the ECG of the supine position II, it quickly stood up within 5 seconds and continued to record the ECG. The RR interval between the upright position and the lying position was measured, and the difference in heart rate per minute between the upright position and the lying position (upright position difference) was calculated. Normally greater than 15 times / minute, if less than 15 times / minute is abnormal. Diabetic patients under 60 years of age have a standing difference of less than 15 times per minute. In combination with clinical conditions, diabetic cardiovascular autonomic nerve damage can be considered. Diabetes is a common disease caused by the interaction of genetic and environmental factors. Clinically, high blood sugar is the main sign. Common symptoms include polydipsia, polyuria, polyphagia, and weight loss. Diabetes can cause damage to multiple systems of the body.
