Eustachian tube obstruction

The eustachian tube cartilage segment is anatomically normal, but its function is impaired, that is, the eustachian tube's pharyngeal opening is passive and cannot be actively opened. It is different from the pharyngeal obstruction caused by general inflammatory edema.
