Chronic eczema-like change

Chronic eczema often manifests as infiltration and hypertrophy of the affected area, rough surface, dark red or with pigmentation, and most of the skin lesions are localized plaques, which are common in the hands, feet, calves, cubital fossa, breast, vulva, anus, etc., with clear edges. In the case of berger's disease, itching or strange itching of the nipples and burning, followed by redness of the nipple and areola skin, with yellow-brown scale-like crusts, and the skin of the crust was exposed with mild erosion and chronic eczema.
