Tension
Tension is the strengthening of the human body's response to external things, both mentally and physically. Good changes, such as marriage and childbirth; bad ones, such as divorce and unemployment, can make people nervous over time. The level of stress is often proportional to the magnitude of life changes. Nervousness makes people sleep uneasily, lacks ability to think and concentrate, headaches, palpitations, abdominal pain, and fatigue. Ordinary tensions are temporary. Sudden tension is a sense of fear.
