Redness of eardrum and redness behind ear
Most patients with intracranial venous sinus occlusive hypertension have tympanic membrane perforation and pus, and some patients have tympanic membrane redness and swelling behind the ear. Intracranial venous sinus and venous thrombosis are the main causes of cerebrovenous reflux and cerebrospinal fluid absorption disorders. As a result, cranial hypertension is produced. This special type of cranial hypertension is called sinus occlusive cranial hypertension.
