Bone marrow plasmacytosis
Plasma cells are stimulated by B lymphocytes to be transformed into protoplasmic cells after being stimulated by antigens. The protoplasmic cells evolve into mature plasma cells through the stages of differentiation, reproduction, and juvenile plasma cells. Normally, plasma cells are only seen in the bone marrow, not in the circulating blood. An increase in bone marrow plasma cells is usually an abnormal increase in bone marrow plasma cells. An abnormal increase in bone marrow plasma cells can lead to bone marrow plasmacytoma.
