Cervical atresia

Congenital cervical atresia is rare clinically. If the patient's endometrium is functional, periodic abdominal pain may occur due to uterine hemorrhage after puberty, and menstrual blood can also flow back into the abdominal cavity through the fallopian tube, causing pelvic endometriosis. Treatment can be performed through the cervix, artificial uterine vaginal channels or hysterectomy.
