Testicular tenderness
Testicular tenderness is a manifestation of the clinical symptoms of gonorrhea with seminal vesiculitis. Gonorrhea with seminal vesiculitis usually occurs after acute urethritis, mostly unilaterally. Have low fever, epididymal swelling and pain, ipsilateral groin and lower abdomen with reflex throbbing. At the beginning, the boundary between the testis and the testis is clear and gradually unclear. The testicles are tender, swollen, and severely tender.
