Liver failure
Acuteliverfailure (ALF) liver is an organ with many physiological functions in the human body. It is not only the center of material metabolism, but also an important secretion, excretion, biotransformation and barrier organ. Many complex functions of the liver are mainly performed by liver parenchymal cells. Although Kupffer cells only account for 2% of the liver's volume, they perform 80% to 90% of the body's mononuclear phagocyte system function, and play a very important role in maintaining the stability of the body's environment.
