Pulmonary stenosis murmur
Long-term pulmonary valve stenosis will cause the main pulmonary artery and left pulmonary artery to dilate significantly. When blood is ejected from the right ventricle to the dilated pulmonary artery, turbulence and oscillation will occur, thereby forming a murmur. Noise is typical of systolic murmur ejection, rough, strong hair above 3/6, often accompanied by tremor and P2 weakened.
