Crohn's disease
Crohn's disease is also known as "limited enteritis", "segmental enteritis", "chronic intestinal pancreas" and so on. It is characterized by unknown etiology and is more common in young people. It is manifested as granulomatous inflammatory lesions, combined with fibrosis and ulcers. It can invade any part of the whole gastrointestinal tract, including the oral cavity and anus. The lesions are distributed stepwise or jumpily, and can invade outside the intestine, especially the skin. Clinical manifestations vary according to the location, extent, and extent of the lesion, and can be manifested as abdominal pain, diarrhea, abdominal mass, fistula formation, and intestinal obstruction, accompanied by fever and anemia. The course is slow and easy to relapse.
