Gallbladder dysfunction

A diagnosis of hypobiliary tonic syndrome may reveal poor gallbladder contraction after a fat meal. Hypobiliary dystension syndrome, also known as Chiray syndrome, refers to a group of syndromes due to low biliary tonic tension, delayed gallbladder emptying, indigestion, intolerance to fatty foods, and right upper quadrant pain. It belongs to the category of biliary dysfunction syndrome, also known as gallbladder retardation syndrome.
