Thinning of the gallbladder wall

Papillary adenocarcinoma may come from malignant transformation of the papillary or polyps. The tumor grows into the gallbladder cavity, which affects the emptying of the gallbladder. There is an ulcer on the surface of the tumor, which easily causes infection. If the tumor obstructs the neck of the gallbladder, it can enlarge the gallbladder and make the wall of the gallbladder thin, similar to a gallbladder abscess or fluid.
