Shoulder test positive
Shoulder strapping test: The patient is sitting or standing, the elbow joint is flexed, and it is normal to place the hand on the contralateral shoulder, and the elbow can be close to the chest wall. If it can be placed on the contralateral shoulder, but the elbow cannot be close to the chest wall. Or the elbows can be close to the chest wall, but the hands cannot be placed on the contralateral shoulders, which are all positive, suggesting that there may be shoulder dislocation.
