Extremely weak postpartum
Anterior pituitary hypofunction (also known as "Sheehan's disease") is caused by a variety of lesions of the pituitary or hypothalamus involving the endocrine function of the pituitary. This disease is more common in women and is mostly related to pituitary ischemic necrosis caused by postpartum hemorrhage. The main symptom is extremely weak postpartum.
