Pulsatile tinnitus
The pulsatile tinnitus is that the patient complains that there are tinnitus in the ear like pulses of the heart or blood vessels, some like waves or some like pulses, which are very regular. Carefully observe their beating rhythm, most of which are consistent with the number of heart beats. This type of tinnitus is often summarized as objective tinnitus.
