Nasal mucosa ulcers and atrophy

Nodular infiltration under the nasal mucosa, followed by erosion, can cause scar adhesions. In the later stage, atrophy occurs due to dry crusts in the nasal cavity. Anterior nostril narrows. The nasal mucosa is pale and thickened, and the secretion is increased. There may be pus, nasal bleeding, but the patient may not feel pain.
